How long will my order take to ship?

Orders will be shipped within a week from when they’re placed! I’ll send you an email notifying you when I’ve gotten around to shipping your particular order! :D

My order hasn’t arrived yet!

Most orders take about 1-3 business days to be delivered, but please allow up to a week just in case. If it still hasn’t arrived after a week, please email me at support@bknk.shop and I’ll do my best to help you out!

Do you ship outside of the US?

Unfortunately, I’m only able to ship within the US right now. Sorry to all my international fans out there!

But I am looking into offering shipping to Europe very soon, so if you live there please stay tuned!! :D

Do you offer other sizes?

Right now I only offer small, medium, large and extra large sizes. If there’s a size you’re looking for that I don’t offer, please let me know in the contact form. I’ll start offering more sizes if enough people ask for it!

What’s your return policy?

If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Please note that you’ll have to pay for the cost of shipping the return yourself.

My order was wrong/damaged!

There was a design I really liked, but I can’t find it on the store anymore.

I change my selection seasonally so as to always keep things fresh! If there was a design liked but you can’t find it anymore, chances are it’s been rotated out or discontinued. But don’t worry! I may bring back popular designs every now and then so don’t give up hope!
